Will it ever quote a price we don't actually offer?
It gets blocked before it's sent. Every reply is checked against your catalogue by deterministic code — not by asking the model nicely. If it quotes a price that isn't in your list, the reply is thrown away and replaced with one that offers to confirm the exact figure. You can prove it in the demo above: ask a restaurant for a set-menu price it doesn't have.
Does it work for regulated industries like dental or property?
